Most of what we produce is translated into japanese, french, and spanish. We want the whole world to be able to learn these exciting dances. Obtain a Return Authorization Number by Contacting us. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES. UNLESS THERE WAS AN ERROR ON OUR PART.
Mail the item back. All items must be unopened with shrink wrap in place. All items must be returned in original packaging.
Your credit card will be credited within 5-10 business days from receipt of return of the item/s.
You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER via email within 7 days of date of delivery to obtain a refund or exchange. Once you receive your authorization number you have 30 days within which to return the item to Motion Lifestyle, LLC. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless Motion Lifestyle, LLC mailed the wrong item or the item has an obvious defect. Motion Lifestyle, LLC reserves the right to determine what constitutes a defect.

We guarantee that your order will leave our warehouse the same business day.
If your order is placed before 4:00pm Eastern Time it will ship out the same business day.
Domestic Shipping Options: Standard 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or USPS First Class with delivery confirmation depending on weight, for all non-international orders are a flat rate $5 shipping charge.
USPS Express Mail with delivery confirmation is offered as an upgrade for a flat rate $20 shipping charge.
International Shipping Options: Worldwide Airmail via USPS if offered where available for the flat rate of a $12 shipping charge.
GLOBAL Express Mail with delivery confirmation is offered as an upgrade for a flat rate $50 shipping charge.
If an item is out of stock or backordered you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to come back into stock. Regardless of which you choose you won't pay any shipping charges or re-stocking fees, and you are not charged until your order ships.
Please note that we guarantee shipments on business days only. Due to limited postal hours we are unable to guarantee shipments on weekends and postal holidays.
The vast majority of orders are shipped the same day. There are some situations in which it is necessary for us to temporarily place a security hold on an order. These situations include but are not limited to: non-matching billing address, non-matching CVV, unusually large order-size.
