My girl and I wanted to learn hip-hop together, but a class was so expensive and time consuming. Hip-hop 101 allowed us to learn at our own pace, without the pressure of looking amateur in front of a class.

This is the second video I have from Motion Lifestyle.  IT is even better than the first one I got (gogo dance).  Kenny Rocks!  He is the best Hip Hop teacher I have ever seen.  This video teaches you a lot of moves and areally good dance foundation.  Thanks! I love it :)

I really like how this video started with the basics and moved up in to showing how to do actual moves and even routines. I've taken several hip hop classes but fall behind with the quick pace of the class, the DVD is very helpful because you can go at your own pace and try moves over and over until it works for you
