I loved this video.  Someone said that it showed moves that were not taught on the DVD, but I think that this is because gogo dance is all about freestyle.  KT shows you a great base of moves to build on.  I also had no dance experience and loved the video!  The Demos are great because you get to see KT dance and she is really good!

I got this today, and KT is very informative!  Even on how to look, she helps you in that department.  Boots, clothing, hair, you name it :)

The dancing is very well instructed, too.  I hope Motion Lifestyle comes out with another go go dance DVD!

I never knew there was so much to go-go dancing, my friends and i go out to a few techno clubs and always see girls dancing on podeums, i didn't know it could be so easy to learn, definately a good work out.

i expected to learn more moves from it. the moves she taught were very good though. this is more useful if you want to become a professional go go dancer. she gave some pretty good tips about becoming a professional, such as what to wear , where to get them, how to audition etc
